To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used whitening products may not be eligible for return unless defective
